Lending & Borrowing

In the Merchant lending platform, "lending" and "borrowing" are two fundamental financial activities that constitute the core functions of Merchant Finance.

In the Merchant lending platform, "lending" refers to investors depositing their funds into the platform to be loaned out to other users. Lenders earn returns through interest calculated based on the amount of money lent and the duration of the loan. This lending method allows capital owners to earn passive income without directly engaging in market trading.

"Borrowing" refers to users taking loans from others to meet their financial needs. When accepting a loan, borrowers are required to provide a certain amount of funds as collateral. Borrowers must repay the loan according to the agreed interest rate and schedule, including both the principal and interest.
